Novus Glass

From the get go these people were a mission to deal with. Replaced my Land Rover windshield. Firstly the incorrect windscreen was ordered so they're pitched up and then said that it could not be replaced. I will mention that the customer service to organise the correct windshield was 10 out of 10 as they came back that afternoon and fitted the correct windshield. The reason I'm giving only two stars is because a day later I was driving in the rain and my right hand windscreen wiper decided to stop working in the upright position. A little concerning for me as this is what these people do for a living marginal concern. For any follow-up customer service, I will be hesitant to recommend this company

My car was broken into and I lodged a claim though my insurer.Once the job was given to Novus, I had the driver side window replaced that same day.The office was amazing with giving precise details on when the repairer would be at my house and it took the repairer about 15 minutes to install the new glass.Novus also organised the tinting to take place at a designated tint car shop that was right near my work place saving any issues of being with out a car or having my car secure again.I am truly grateful for the speedy response and service during that time and I couldn’t recommend Novus Glass any higher.Great service, amazing customer service and an over all great experience in a time that was needed.Thank you to the whole team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went through RAC to get my window replaced and they passed me onto Novus glass.I must say if i had a choice I definitely wouldn’t use them.They came out a first time and bought the wrong glass for my car, which I was okay with, had no contact with them for over a month, tried calling them but wait times on the phone every time I tried to call was 25+ minutes.Eventually they contacted me saying the glass has arrive and we organised a date to get it replaced, a day before it was getting replaced I received a text message saying we will have to reschedule due to having incorrect glass.I then waited close to another month to reschedule, they came out on the day organised and didn’t have the glass on board, the installer had to drive all the way back to the workshop to collect the correct glass and finally got it installed.Would not recommend, phone wait times and communication are less than 1 star.1 star is generous.

Excellent professional service. Amanda was very pleasant to deal with and had my repair booked the for the following day. Amazing, as I thought I could have a wait while my rear window was ordered ex the Eastern States. Thank you

Called RAC to get my windscreen replaced they put me onto novus, organised for it to be replaced while I was at work, couldnt aswer the phone call because I was busy with a patient, tried calling the guy back multiple times left messaged got no answer so called the business's number and asked them what was going on as the guy that was meant to be doing it wouldn't answer the phone, he knew where the car was parked, he put me on hold to call him and asked the guy what was going on, came back to me and said that the guy isn't coming back today to do it, maybe tomorrow afternoon, so he's more then capable to answer to his boss but wouldn't answer my calls, I've organised with someone else to do it this afternoon, Will never go through them ever again.

Terrible service. Requested front windscreen repair via RAC. Based on the initial assessment on November 15, we agreed to replace the whole windscreen instead of partial repair as the crack was at my eye level.The workshop was scheduled on November 24, but in the morning of the day I received a call that they broke the replacement glass so have to get a new one, then the work has been postponed by one week.On November 30 they came, opened their car to take out the replacement glass and realised that it's AGAIN broken. The staffs promised to call me on the next day to arrange the new workshop.Since then I didn't receive any call. This morning I sent a complaint email and clearly mentioned that DON'T call until 3pm today as I'm not available and cannot pick a call". Then they call at 11:30am

They come to your place and do the job for you.They put temporary glass to protect your car.The overall quality is good as it took them 8 days to fix my passenger window.

Made a claim through RAC for a full Windshield replacement, Very easy process to get this done through Novus. Excellent customer service, the technician accidentally left my rear view mirror charm in his van and drove back to my house to drop it off for me, Highly recommend.

I was unfortunate enough to need a replacement glass panel 2 days from NYE via insurance, but these guys went above and beyond. They were able to perform a complete replacement at my place the day after I was put into contact with them (through RAC).Everyone I was in contact with was easy to talk with. I can't speak more highly of the team at Novus Glass
