EFI Automotive were recommended to us to fix a complex car computer problem on our Subaru that others just could not do. They diagnosed the issue, contacted us before proceeding and fixed the computer(themselves) all within 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

When my car broke down I rang mobile mechanic first but they told me to take to the dealership because it could be some kind of updating system. When I booked dealership for diagnostic test they told me it costed $180 then when I went there they rang me after a couple of hours of tests, they need more hours to do futlrther tests and would cost me $360. After all the test done they told me it would be $5700 to fix the probs. Anyway my colleague told me to take it to EFI automotive so I did. After an hour n half of the tests they told me it would cost $480 including their diagnostic tests and all done! Without them I would not be able to have Christmas and new year with my kids. Big big big thanks to them. I'll definitely recommend 100%

After a really bad experience where the Dealership messed up the diagnosis and repair of my Nissan, leaving it undriveable, and having paid a hefty bill to them for repairs that did nothing, I was having to wait, carless, for a further 3 months for a very expensive part to come in. I rang the RAC and one of their mechanics recommended I try EFI Automotives.I booked my car with Lisa at EFI Automotives and she talked with me at length as we discussed the ongoing problem with it. It was suggested I get a brand new diagnosis done to ensure the problem was identified correctly and I agreed to this.Within an hour of dropping my car off at EFI Automotives I received the fresh diagnosis of the problem (wiring harness damage) and a quote for repair and a further two hours later my car was all fixed and waiting for me.The staff were very helpful and showed and explained to me where and what the problem was.There were no nasty add on costs when paying the bill and I was very happy at the reasonable cost this came to.EFI Automotives sorted the problem out in one day and the feeling of being able to drive my own car again after weeks of being without it is wonderful.OK, yes, now I am gushing, but I really can't explain just how happy this problem being sorted out makes me.Thank you to all the staff at EFI.

The team at EFI were super friendly and professional. They managed to fix a complex problem that no one could figure out and for an amazing price too. They have been a pleasure to deal with, They have been in contact every step of the way. They always explained everything they needed to do and got my permission every step of the way while dealing with the absolute nightmare of an issue. The team went well above and beyond in so many ways. I cant even begin to thank them enough for everything they did to get my car back on the road and treated the car as if it was worth a million bucks. I had almost given up and they were adamant they could fix it. Hard to find good service like this anywhere these days. Seriously can not recommend them enough. Theres a reason that so many mechanics and autosparkys in Perth refer to them as the gurus they are the best at what they do. Thanks again guys.

Rude receptionistRude staff$180 for something my mechanic charged me nothing.With efi staff just doing laps around balcatta all morning.Wasn't told they were going to do that to find a fault on a computer.Aircon blasting wasting my fuel and time.Well done efi for nothing.
